Napkins are not at the forefront of most brides' minds, but I'd like to draw your attention to the matter. Not only are napkins important, but they're another opportunity for you to infuse you and your fiance's personalities into the wedding. 2. We're using cloth napkins for our reception, but I love the personalized cocktail napkins. How can I incorporate them into my reception?

There are several ways to incorporate paper napkins into a reception. Placing these napkins at the bar, by the cake or dessert table, by any food display or station, and/or with waiters distributing food are great places to utilize these napkins. If none of those options are viable, consider getting a larger size, thicker napkins (guest towels) and placing them in the restrooms for guests.

3. How many napkins should I order?

The number of napkins you order depends on a couple of factors. How many guests are you having? Are you having a bar? Are you having passed appetizers? Are you having a cake cutting and distributing cake? Are you having food stations?
